Forest Therapy is a mindful, healing and connective practice inspired by the Japanese practice of “Shinrin-Yoku” which translates into “forest bathing”.

Spending time in nature not only strengthens human immune response and reduces stress, but also make us more creative, mindful, and content in our lives.

Camping

A great way to promote mental health is camping. Camping also reduces stress and gets you to forget about the hectic world we live in and #GetOutMore Many sites you are able to drive up to so if hiking is not your thing but love nature, go camping 🙂

Hiking

Hiking is a great way to reduce stress, build up your cardio and get in shape overall. Also a form of forest therapy, hiking up a mountain and seeing the landscape is something I very much enjoy.
